Welcome to MySlime. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MySlime platform, website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by MySlime ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using MySlime, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use MySlime. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access at our sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

4. Service Description

MySlime is an AI-powered chat platform that provides conversational AI assistance, including but not limited to:

• AI chat with multiple models (Quick, Code, Advanced)
• AI image generation (Enterprise plans only)
• Web search integration
• Memory and personalization features
• Calendar management
• Interactive content generation (SlimeBoard)
• Stock data and analysis
• Chat sharing
• API access (Enterprise plans only)

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

This is critically important. MySlime uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or fabricated information ("hallucinations")
• AI responses should not be considered professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or investment advice
• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information provided by the AI
• Stock analysis and financial information provided by the AI is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content
• You should not rely on AI-generated content for decisions that could affect your health, safety, finances, or legal standing
• AI-generated images may not perfectly match your descriptions and may contain visual artifacts

USE AI-GENERATED CONTENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Generate spam, phishing content, malware, or any malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to generate content involving child exploitation or abuse
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service without our written permission (except through our official API)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to develop competing AI products or services
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Exceed the rate limits or usage limits of your plan

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice or refund.

7. Subscription Plans and Payments

MySlime offers multiple subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited messages per week, basic features
• Standard ($5/month): Increased message limits, all AI models, web search
• Enterprise ($10–$40/month): High message limits, API access, image generation, all features

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Be responsible for all applicable taxes

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

8. Message and Usage Limits

Each plan includes a specific number of messages per period. Message limits reset according to your plan (daily or weekly). Unused messages do not roll over to the next period.

We reserve the right to modify usage limits at any time. Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary throttling or account suspension.

9. API Usage

Enterprise plan subscribers may access the MySlime API. API usage is subject to:

• The same acceptable use policies as the web interface
• Rate limits as defined by your plan tier
• API key security — you are responsible for keeping your API key confidential
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to revoke API access at any time for violations of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by MySlime and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service.

Your content: You retain ownership of the content you input into the Service (your messages, uploaded files, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

AI output: Content generated by the AI in response to your inputs may be used by you for any lawful purpose, subject to these Terms. We make no claim of ownership over AI-generated responses.

11. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Memory Feature

The MySlime memory feature stores facts about you to personalize your experience. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• Memories are stored on our servers and persist across conversations
• You can view and delete individual memories or clear all memories at any time
• The AI may automatically save facts about you during conversations
• We store a maximum of 50 memories per account
• Memories are only accessible by you and are used solely to improve your experience

13. Calendar Feature

The MySlime calendar stores events you create or ask the AI to create. Calendar data is stored on our servers and is only accessible by you. We are not responsible for missed events or scheduling errors.

14. Image Generation

Image generation is available to Enterprise plan subscribers. You acknowledge that:

• Generated images may not perfectly match your descriptions
• You may not use generated images for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Generated images are stored on our servers and accessible via unique URLs
• We reserve the right to remove generated images that violate these Terms
• We do not guarantee the availability or quality of the image generation service

15. Chat Sharing

You may share conversations via public links. By sharing a conversation, you acknowledge that:

• Anyone with the link can view the shared conversation
• Shared conversations may include your messages and AI responses
• You are responsible for ensuring shared content does not violate these Terms or applicable laws
• We may remove shared content that violates these Terms

16. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (web search, stock data, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

17. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
• THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS
• ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYSLIME AND ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
• ANY CONTENT GENERATED BY THE AI
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA
• ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT ON THE SERVICE
• ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MySlime and its founders, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

20. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your data, including chats, memories, calendar events, and generated images
• No refunds will be issued for unused portions of paid subscriptions unless required by law

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

22. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MySlime regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
